Born into a biracial home with refuge and immigrant parents and into a lineage of female suppression, war and displacement, Dr. Miriam always stood at the frontline of the battle field—roaring her name. A rebel at heart, she always had a calling to heal the world.
After suffering from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety for 11 years and going through a revolving door of doctors to learn, “it was all in my head,” she went on an educational journey to heal herself. It was when she started to listen to her body that true transformation began.
